I only make easy things

I only make easy things. Well, this used to be true until I started trying to make yeast breads a year ago. But, they never come out very well, so I guess I only make easy things well. One of the easy things I make well are peanut butter balls. I got the recipe from a friend of mine and I now proudly and unabashedly pass it off as my own. Seriously, they are delicious (as evidenced by the fattening ingredients). Several of you have asked me for the recipe, so I've decided to post it here. Now, you all may proudly and unabashedly pass it off as your own! Happy boasting!

PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

*1 cube margarine
*2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
*1 cup peanut butter

*Almond Bark (This is microwaveable chocolate found in the baking aisle next to the chocolate chips. It comes in little squares. I microwave them a glass pie dish).

Mix together first 3 ingredients and roll into bite-sized balls. Dip into melted chocolate and let dry on parchment. Enjoy!

YUMMY! I love PB too. I am going to try these this weekend before I start my diet on Monday, AGAIN. It was so fun to see you at Chuck E Cheese. Your kids are ADORABLE just like their Mom and Grandparents. :) I love your blog... I can't wait to stay caught up. We should meet up again and have a play day with our kids. Want to?

Ok, I made these for work today. All day long I heard, "who made these peanut butter balls? They are fantastic!" I just sat back and smiled.
